The candidates are required to bring originals of the following testimonials along with than on the schedule date and time, Attempt Certificate of all examinations of MBBS Issued by the University.
Distinction/Honour /Medal/Academic merit certificate, If any.
House Job certificate (.Junior/Senior) Issued by the concerned Post Graduate Degree/Diploma Certificate.
Professional publications in standard medical journals.
MBBS degree and Internship completion certificate. Service Certificate Issued by the Director Health Services, Jammu /Srinagar.
